Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Nationality: Non-Chinese citizens in good health.
Age Limit:
Master’s applicants: under 35 years old.
Ph.D. applicants: under 40 years old.
Educational Background:
Master’s: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Ph.D.: Master’s degree or equivalent.
Language Proficiency:
Chinese-taught programs: HSK Level 4.
English-taught programs: IELTS, TOEFL, or equivalent.

Not holding other Chinese Government Scholarships.

Application Procedure
Step 1: CSC Online Application
Visit CSC Application Portal.
Select Type B and enter Agency Number: 10613 (SWJTU).
Complete the form and download the application.
Step 2: SWJTU Online Application
Go to SWJTU Admission Portal.
Create an account and submit the same documents as in the CSC application.
Note: Both applications must be completed for consideration.

Completed Chinese Government Scholarship Application Form.
Copy of a valid passport with expiry date after September 2025.
All attested degree certificates and academic transcripts by notaries.
Study plan or research proposal of at least 1000 words.
Two recommendation letters of 2024 and 2025 years.
Foreigner Physical Examination Form.
Must have valid HSK, IELTS, or TOEFL score report.
Guardianship documents (if under 18 years old).
