University of Copenhagen AI in Medicine PhD Positions, Denmark
The University of Copenhagen welcomes applications for three PhD positions in AI in Medicine at the Department of Computer Science. This project, in cooperation with Rigshospitalet, will work on developing sophisticated AI solutions for cancer diagnosis, treatment planning, and outcome prediction.

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered, applicants should fulfill the following criteria:
- Have a Master’s degree for the 3-year PhD or a Bachelor’s degree for the integrated MSc + PhD.
- Have a computer science, mathematics, biomedical engineering, or a closely related discipline background.
- Have excellent machine learning, data analysis, and software development skills.
- Be proficient in English with outstanding communication and scholarly writing skills.
- Exhibit independence, motivation, and strong interdisciplinary research interest.
- Willing to spend a maximum of 3 months overseas at a collaborating organization.
